Institute overview
For about the last 15 years, Aastha Institute has continuously worked to build bright futures for students. The institute is recognised by the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India.
Eleven trades are currently offered: Electrician, Fashion Designing, Beautician, Hotel Management, Computer Teacher Training, Computer Software, Computer Hardware & Networking, Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, A.C. & Refrigeration, and Plumbing. All one-year courses emphasise strong, practical training.
Key highlights
- As per government directives, 5 hours of practical training are conducted every day so students gain work proficiency and become skilled in their trade.
- Today’s era is the era of skill — so students need more practical, hands-on learning to succeed.
- Many students who have studied here are improving their family’s economic condition through jobs in India and abroad, and by running their own self-employment units.
- Students also benefit from central and state government policies that promote micro and small industries — and in doing so strengthen the nation’s economy.

A message to young students
My request to all young students is this: along with your studies, make sure you learn at least one skill in life — so you become someone who creates opportunities, not only someone who seeks a job. Gradually, the dream of government employment is becoming only a dream. So choose a relevant course in time and make your future, and your family’s future, bright.
